 |
(MIA) - The 35th edition of the Young Open Theater (MOT) will take place in Skopje on September 18-26 under the slogan 'Dare to Dream'.
The play 'The King is Dying' - co-production of last year MOT winner Silviu Purcarete - director of a French Theater, Ex-Ponto Ljubljana; Drama Ljubljana and Luxembourg Theater - will have the honor to open the festival.
The MOT's slogan raises several questions, namely whether the ability to dream means courage, arrogance or just a pastime activity, MOT selector Dejan Projokovski said Thursday at a press conference.
- This year MOT advocates resistance to the every day routine and reality. Each year the festival make attempts to promote the real values, Projkovski said.
2010 MOT programme includes numerous foreign and domestic plays, such as 'Libido Sciendi', 'Saloma', 'Midnight Summer Dream' ...
The Ministry of Culture and City of Skopje are sponsors of MOT 2010.
